Will it say something wrong to my customers?

It only answers from the information you give it. When it isn't sure, it says so and passes the conversation to you. You can read every conversation, and we fix any weak answer in the weekly review.

Will my customers know they’re talking to AI?

Yes, if they ask. The bot introduces itself as your business’s assistant and never pretends to be a person. Most customers just care that they got a fast, correct answer, and anyone who wants a human is passed straight to you.

Can I keep my current WhatsApp number?

Yes. We move your number to WhatsApp Business so the bot and your team can both reply from it. You keep the number and your customers notice nothing.

What happens to my customers' information?

Conversations are stored securely and used only to run and improve your bot. We don't sell data or use it for anyone else's bot, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Do I need a website?
